PRODUCT PROTECTION
XXXLFAN Product Protection is an optional paid protection plan for eligible products. Choose a 1-year, 2-year, or 3-year plan at purchase. Coverage applies only when a Product Protection plan has been purchased for the covered product.
Product Protection Coverage
XXXLFAN Product Protection is an optional paid protection plan available for eligible products. Coverage is provided to the original purchaser of the covered product at the original installation location, subject to the terms, exclusions, and limitations on this page.
Proof of purchase for both the product and the selected Product Protection plan is required for all Product Protection claims.
Protection Plan Period
1 Year of Coverage
Provides eligible Product Protection coverage for 1 year from the original product purchase date.
2 Years of Coverage
Provides eligible Product Protection coverage for 2 years from the original product purchase date.
3 Years of Coverage
Provides eligible Product Protection coverage for 3 years from the original product purchase date.
How to Obtain Product Protection Service
To request Product Protection support, customers must provide:
Our technical support team will review the claim and provide troubleshooting, repair, replacement parts, component replacement, or product replacement assistance as applicable.
What Product Protection Covers
During the selected Product Protection period, the plan covers eligible defects in:
Eligible product components may include:
- Fan motor
- Fan blades
- Controllers
- Mounting hardware
- Variable frequency drives (VFD), if applicable
- Electrical components
- Remote systems (if applicable)
If an eligible defect is confirmed during the selected protection period, XXXLFAN may, at its sole discretion:
- Provide replacement parts
- Repair the defective product
- Provide a replacement motor or covered component
- Replace the product with the same or equivalent model
If the original product or component is unavailable, XXXLFAN reserves the right to substitute a comparable product or component of equal or greater value.
What Is Not Covered
Product Protection does not cover:
Installation, removal, reinstallation, electrician labor, contractor labor, or other third-party service costs are not included.
Damage from incorrect installation, improper wiring, unauthorized modification, misuse, improper maintenance, or failure to follow instructions.
Power surges, incorrect voltage, natural disasters, flooding, fire, lightning, corrosion, or accidental damage.
Minor scratches, finish variations, cosmetic damage, or normal wear and tear are not covered.
Products repaired, altered, or modified by unauthorized parties are not covered under Product Protection.
Using products outside their intended residential, commercial, or industrial application may void coverage.
Product Protection applies only to eligible products purchased directly from XXXLFAN or authorized distributors and accompanied by a valid Product Protection plan purchase.
Product Protection Limitations
Product Protection applies only to the original purchaser and is non-transferable. Coverage begins on the original product purchase date and ends when the selected 1-year, 2-year, or 3-year protection period expires.
Protection periods do not stack or extend one another. Purchasing a 3-year plan provides 3 years of total Product Protection coverage, not 3 years in addition to another protection period.
XXXLFAN shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from product use or failure, including:
- Business interruption
- Loss of profits
- Property damage
- Additional operational costs
